  1. Whiskers is a Windows 3.0 mouse utility that lets you assign keys 
  2. of the keyboard to the Right and/or Middle buttons of the mouse.  By
  3. using the Shift and Ctrl keys, two mouse buttons can have 8 combina-
  4. tions.  Assign "Enter" to a mouse button and you'll be able to 
  5. activate default OK buttons without clicking on them and your hand 
  6. will stay on the mouse.  Whiskers can do a Left Double Click in one 
  7. click and simulate a middle button on 2 button mice.
